By signing this contract, you agree to the following:

• You are entering a one-year agreement for the chosen business directory package.
• You understand that payment must be completed before publication (unless agreed otherwise).
• All materials and information must be accurate and not misleading.
• You allow COMS to store your details securely and contact you as required.
• You are responsible for reviewing your listing and requesting updates if information changes.
• No refunds will be issued once the listing is live, unless exceptional circumstances apply.
• COMS reserves the right to remove any listing that breaches these terms without notice.
• This agreement is governed by UK law.
